Terrex Development & Construction is a highly specialized commercial real estate services company that focuses in the development and construction of multifamily, industrial, medical office, retail, urban, and mixed-use projects. The company takes a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to provide a full range of real estate services for clients in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton markets. Terrex was founded by three individuals with a combination of more than 60 years of experience in the industry and a vision to deliver transparent, client-centric development and construction experiences.

New Mixed-Use Development Coming to Uptown

Terrex Development & Construction and Messer Construction Co. are pleased to announce that the University of Cincinnati has selected Uptown Gateway as the home for its new UC digital futures building.  UC is the first tenant at Uptown Gateway and will be housed in a 180,000 SFT building fronting I-71 and Martin Luther King Blvd.

Uptown Gateway is a high density, urban, mixed use project that, when fully completed, will provide 480,000 square feet of office, a 150 to 200 room hotel, multifamily, retail, urban park and below-grade structured parking to serve the development.  In addition to, and in conjunction with, UC’s digital futures building, the Uptown Gateway will provide an opportunity for the business community to co-locate their operations with the University and work collaboratively within a vibrant and innovative setting with some of the nation’s premier faculty and students. Ultimately, Uptown Gateway will be home to approximately 2,000 employees in the tech and innovation segment of various industries. On the Lateral Office Development

Terrex has acquired the Zumbiel Packaging property on Harris Avenue in Norwood, Ohio. Our redevelopment plans are to transition a functionally obsolete manufacturing site into a “Class A” office development.  The site enjoys great visibility to/from the Norwood Lateral and represents an opportunity for a single tenant to take advantage of great highway visibility and central location to the Greater Cincinnati market.
