A Cincinnati commercial real estate developer plans to start work next month on redeveloping a property that will bookend Hyde Park Square.
Oakley-based Terrex Development & Construction plans to demolish the former home of Hyde Park Baptist Church at 2745 Erie Ave. and replace it with a luxury apartment building with first floor retail space. The development, currently known as Hyde Park Flats, is expected to be an investment of more than $20 million.
