Tri Delta Sorority
New mixed-use project brings residential over retail to Hyde Park Square
Tri Delta is working with Terrex Development & Construction in building a new sorority house that will provide the Zeta Chapter with a first class facility with excellent amenities. Wentz Design is the architect for the project. Tri Delta’s new home is now under construction. The house will be 15,500 square feet with a total of 32 beds, plus a live-in suite for the sorority’s director. In addition to bedrooms, the three-story home has a kitchen for preparing meals, a formal living room, a library and a TV room.

My WEB Ventures partners and I have developed a close, collaborative relationship with Terrex. We worked closely with Tom Rowe and Peter Horton, Terrex Principals, to complete a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) for the Digital Futures Project and collaborated to implement the CBA during the development, construction, and completion of the Digital Futures Complex in Uptown Cincinnati. Tom and Peter would work with us and supported interventions necessary to stay on track with CBA objectives Because of the close collaboration with Terrex and their leadership, we exceeded all the goals of the CBA. Tom and Peter proposed innovative, “outside of the box” actions beyond the specific CBA goals to help us meet not only the specific goals of the CBA but the spirit of true economic inclusion.
Terrex has been an invaluable partner to the zoo as we have embarked on the most aggressive and ambitious capital campaign in our 150 year history.
