Terrex has been working with Zumbiel Packaging and recently acquired their property on Harris Avenue in Norwood, Ohio. Our redevelopment plans are to transition a functionally obsolete manufacturing site into a “Class A” office development. The site enjoys great visibility to/from the Norwood Lateral and represents an opportunity for a single tenant to take advantage of great highway visibility and central location to the Greater Cincinnati market. The 4.77 acre site will include a 75,000 – 100,000 SF office building with surface parking for up to 300 cars.
