Construction has started on the second office building at the more than $200 million Digital Futures Complex in Uptown, thanks to a Cincinnati stalwart backing the project.
Western & Southern Financial Group and its real estate arm, Eagle Realty Group, worked with developer Terrex Development & Construction and Messer Construction Co. to provide construction financing for the $42 million, 180,000-square-foot, speculative office building.
