Largest climbing facility in Ohio created in Loveland

Mosaic Climbing is an newest expansion of L’Escalade Fitness from Lexington, KY. Terrex was introduced to the owners, Nicole Brown and Chris Shotwell, early in their search to create the largest climbing facility in Ohio. Mosaic Climbing hired Terrex to lead the construction and renovation of an existing 22,000 SF building on Union Cemetery Road. This new facility includes a 6,000 SF building addition that has a clear height of 50 feet to provide space for their roped climbing area. The facility also includes a low climb bouldering area, group fitness rooms, general fitness area, co-working spaces for parents, and staff offices with break room.
