We worked closely with Tom Rowe and Peter Horton, Terrex Principals, to complete a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) for the Digital Futures Project and collaborated to implement the CBA during the development, construction, and completion of the Digital Futures Complex in Uptown Cincinnati.
